The team at Rooisand Konstruksie brings decades of combined experience in all aspects of building and renovation work. From project conceptualization through to completion, we expertly manage, build, and execute each project with precision and care.
Our management team has extensive experience in construction, renovation, project management, and property development. We are proudly NHBRC registered, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
Our primary area of operation is the Cape Town Northern Suburbs, particularly:
Durbanville, Bellville, Brackenfell, and surrounding areas. We also undertake projects in Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington, and Somerset West.
