We had the privilege of completing a long-awaited, 8-year anticipated renovation to our house in Durbanville during the first half of 2025. After interviewing five different companies and comparing quotes 'apples-to-apples,' we confidently appointed Rooisand Construction as our partners for the project.

From the outset, their professionalism was clear. Their initial quotation was impressively thorough, even involving specialized roofing experts early on to mitigate any potential 'surprises.' When unexpected challenges did arise, specifically with our existing old flooring, Rooisand handled them with total transparency. We never felt uncertain about their expertise, and their guidance through those necessary adjustments proved invaluable. Communication was a standout feature of their service. We were kept consistently up to date on running costs and deliverable timelines. They managed the logistics of deposits and lead times for items like windows and roofing perfectly, ensuring there were no unnecessary delays.

Their experience in structural building, combined with their finesse in finishing touches, from plastering and lighting to skirtings—has made our renovated home something we truly cherish. House Gouws

We had the pleasure of working with Rooisand Konstruksie on a complete renovation and rebuild of our 550 sqm home. From start to finish, Pieter and Berty were exceptionally professional and helpful, always providing accurate and practical advice throughout the process.

Our build commenced with the foundations on 9 August 2022, and we moved into our new home on 31 January 2023—a total of 5 months and 22 days later. Pieter planned everything down to the last bricks to ensure there were no delays and delivered in under 6months for such a large-scale project! We had a baby on the way, had sold our previous house and we placed enormous pressure on them to finalize. They did not disappoint! Even after we moved in, knowing that there are finishing touches which would be continued during February 2023, Rooisand Konstruksie was extremely accommodating and worked around us and our newborn while completing the painting and finishes.

The quality of their work, combined with their commitment to meeting our needs and our deadlines, exceeded our expectations.
